& c , in the Palace at Khartoum . It may be remembered that General Sir Reginald Wingate , who has given his name -to the new lodge , is also the Sirdar of the Egyptian Army and Governor-General of the Sudan , and having said this , it follows that the ceremony of consecration was an impressive and imposing function .
