Bro . Letchworth heartily thanked the Worshipful Master for the toast on behalf of the Consecrating Officers , and expressed his thanks for the beautiful gift . He was deeply touched , and would prize it as a token of the kindly feelings shown to him by the Craft , whom it had been his great pleasure to serve .

Judge Philbrick , who remarked it was no light thing to have assisted to consecrate a lodge whose first Master was the Provincial Grand Master of the province from which the founders were drawn . Nor was it a light task which Lord Dungarvan had undertaken , but few were more experienced

BRO . HENRY NEWLANI ) , JUNIOR WARDEN . and none more ardent than their Worshipful Master—he would work the lodge and well start it upon the career of usefulness which he hoped it would attain . Somerset Masons had now a home in London , but he ( Bro . Philbrick ) , a London Mason , had gone to Somerset , like the wise men who : came from the East and went to the West , thereby , it
