reply to the toast of " The Consecrating Officers , " made a few brief but sincere remarks , and also , in proposing the toast of '' The YY ' orshipful Master , " spoke in very laudable terms in his honour . YY . of Bengal , made a happy speech in reply to "The Y'isitors , " and mentioned that he was most impressed and gratified at the perfect rendering of the consecration ceremony by Bro . Letchworth .

their work in connection with the consecration , and especially welcomed amongst them Alderman Y ' aughan Morgan , whom he described as a link between the Corporation of the City of London , the mother of municipalities , and one of its latest offsprings , the Borough of Islington .
